The referral ceiling
Many owner-led MSPs reach a point where delivery is strong but new business still arrives in bursts. The owner is closing, supervising delivery, and trying to keep prospecting alive between urgent client work.
Generic lead vendors add noise: shared contacts, weak fit, and activity reports that say little about pipeline quality. We take a narrower approach built around your service area, ideal account, and real buying signals.
How it works
Built to support your sales motion—not replace your judgment or speak for your technical team.
We translate your best-fit client profile into clear account, geography, and decision-maker criteria.
We build an exclusive list, look for timely business signals, and write concise outreach around relevant context.
We track replies and held meetings, share the useful signals, and adjust targeting from what the market actually tells us.
A clear human handoff. Outreach coordinators manage initial communication. When a prospect books, the confirmation identifies the owner/manager who will personally lead the call—no bait-and-switch and no fictional meeting host.
Commercial alignment
Our standard structure combines a monthly operating base with a fee for each qualified meeting that is held. Scope, qualification criteria, and pricing are agreed before work begins.
For the right early engagement, an alternative revenue-share structure may be discussed. Fit and economics are reviewed together; neither model is a guarantee of meeting volume or revenue.
Typical starting structure
$1,500 / month base
plus $200–$400 per qualified held meeting

Independent managed service providers with an established delivery operation and room to serve more good-fit clients. We begin with Utah and expand selectively into Texas and North Carolina.
The definition is agreed in writing before launch. In general, it means a relevant decision-maker at a company matching the agreed profile, with a plausible managed-IT need, who attends the meeting.
No. Prospect work created for an engagement is not resold to competing MSPs. Geographic and account-level boundaries are agreed during onboarding.
No. Market response depends on positioning, geography, timing, and offer fit. The commercial model is designed to align incentives, and reporting stays grounded in actual replies and held meetings.
The Uptime Pipeline owner/manager takes the fit call. Booking confirmations identify the real meeting host in advance. The owner’s real name and photo appear on the booking page, not as a fabricated website persona.
Not by default. Outreach infrastructure and domain strategy are reviewed before any campaign. Protecting the client’s main domain and reputation is a core operating constraint.
