UPTIME PIPELINE / PRIVACYPLAIN-LANGUAGE NOTICE

Privacy.

EFFECTIVE DATE: 19 OCTOBER 2026

What this website collects, why we collect it, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.

The short version

THE SHORT VERSION

  • We collect what you type into the Talk with us form or send by email. If we write to you first, we use a business email address from your own website or a public business listing.
  • We use it to reply to you. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.
  • This site has no analytics, no ad trackers, and no cookies set by us.
  • You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@uptimepipeline.com.
  • The OSHA records on this site are public government data. The examples are illustrative.

1.Who we are

Uptime Pipeline is run by its founder, Almustafa Aljawad. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Uptime Pipeline. You can reach us at hello@uptimepipeline.com.

2.What this notice covers

This notice covers the website at uptimepipeline.com and anything you send us through it or by email. If you become a pilot client, your agreement will say how we handle information shared in that work.

3.What we collect

  • Through the form. Your name, company, email address, the trades and states you tick, and your message.
  • By email. Your email address, your name as your email program shows it, and what you write.
  • If we wrote to you first. Your name, business email address and company, taken from your own website or a public business listing. We also keep a note of our messages. If you tell us to stop, we keep your address on a do-not-contact list so we never write again.
  • Technical details. When you load a page or send the form, our website host, Netlify, receives technical details such as your IP address and browser type. It uses them to deliver the page. Netlify also filters spam on form submissions, using a third-party spam-checking service (Akismet).

We don't ask for anything else, and we don't buy information about you from anyone.

4.What we don't collect

This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking pixels, and it doesn't record how you move around the page. The fonts come from this site, so no outside service is contacted when a page loads.

5.Why we use it

  • To read and answer your message.
  • To talk with you about whether Uptime Pipeline fits your work, including sending you a sample card if you ask for one.
  • To keep a record of our conversation, so we don't ask you the same things twice.

We won't add you to a mailing list or newsletter because you wrote to us.

6.Where it's stored and who sees it

Netlify's form system stores form submissions. We read them there or by email. Zoho Mail hosts our email.

Only we read your messages. Netlify, Zoho and the spam-checking service process them for us. We don't pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it. Netlify and Zoho may store data on servers outside your state or country.

7.What we never do

We don't sell your information. We don't rent it, trade it or share it for advertising.

8.How long we keep it

We keep messages and form submissions for up to 23 months after our last contact with you. Then we delete them from Netlify and from our email. If you ask us to stop writing, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list for as long as it takes to honor that. If you become a client, we keep what the work needs for as long as the agreement and the law require.

9.Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@uptimepipeline.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. We'll reply within 30 days. When we delete something, we'll confirm once it's done, including the copies in Netlify and in our email. You don't need to give a reason, and it costs nothing.

10.The OSHA records on this site

The citation information on this site and on Opportunity Cards comes from public enforcement records that the U.S. Department of Labor publishes. The plants, numbers and dates on this website are illustrative and don't describe real employers. An open citation is an allegation, not a final order. Every card says "Alleged violation, not a final order" until a final order exists. Uptime Pipeline is not affiliated with OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor.

Real cards can name a job title, and sometimes a person's name, where the plant publishes it on its own public website. If that is you and you want it left off, email hello@uptimepipeline.com and we'll remove it from future cards.

11.Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

12.Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we'll update the effective date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already sent, we'll tell you by email if we hold your address.

13.Contact

For questions about this notice or your information, email hello@uptimepipeline.com.
