Public OSHA records. Checked by a person.
Here is who runs Uptime Pipeline, and the rules we work by.
A note from the founder
A note from the founder
OSHA publishes its enforcement records for anyone to read. When an inspector cites a plant, the record includes a date by which the plant must fix the hazard. That hazard might be an unguarded press, an open edge, or a machine with no way to lock it out. Fixing it is often work for a contractor.
The trouble is that these records sit among everything else OSHA publishes. Most of it is not work anyone can sell into. It is paperwork, protective gear and hazards already fixed.
I started Uptime Pipeline to do that sorting. Collecting new records and the first rule-based cut run every day on their own. The check of each plant against your trade is still being built. For now we do that part with Claude's help, one plant at a time.
I read every card before it goes out. Every fact on it links to where it came from, so you can check it before you call anyone. I'm early, and I would rather learn from contractors what is useful and what is not than guess. If something on a card is wrong, tell me and I will fix it.

Our rules
Six rules we work by.
- 01
Source every fact.
If a line on a card can't link to its source, it comes off the card.
- 02
Say what's alleged.
Open cases are allegations. Every card says "Alleged violation, not a final order" until a final order exists.
- 03
Say what runs.
Every step is labeled as running or being built. We don't call anything working until it works on real records.
- 04
A person signs off.
No card reaches you before a person has read it.
- 05
Stay independent.
Uptime Pipeline is not affiliated with OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor, and never suggests it is.
- 06
Your details stay yours.
We use what you send us to reply to you. We never sell it. Read the privacy notice.
