01What does it cost?
There is no price list yet. We are setting prices with the first contractors who try it. Tell us your trade and your states, and we will talk it through.
02Where does the information come from?
From public OSHA enforcement records, which the U.S. Department of Labor publishes, and from the plant's own public website. Every card links to its sources.
03Which states do you cover?
Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Texas today. In all four, federal OSHA does the inspecting. If you work somewhere else, ask anyway.
04How is this different from an OSHA alert service?
Alert services pass along citations as they are published. You get a card only for a plant cited for work in your trade, with the deadline still ahead, after a person has read it.
05Does a citation mean the plant did something wrong?
Not necessarily. An open citation is an allegation. Employers can contest it, and some citations are reduced or withdrawn. Every card says "Alleged violation, not a final order" until a final order exists.
06Can I see a card for my area first?
Yes. Tell us your trade and states, and we will make you a sample from a real, recent citation where there is one.
07Who will I be talking to?
Our small team. Before we reply, we look up recent citations in your states and your trade, so the conversation is about plants near you. Almustafa Aljawad, the founder, checks every card.
08Do you sell my details?
No. We use what you send through this page to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. The privacy notice says what we keep and for how long.
