UPTIME PIPELINE / HOW IT WORKS5 STEPS · CHECKED OCTOBER 2026

From the public record to one page you can use.

Five steps take OSHA's public records to the card you get. This page says what each step does and which ones run today. We keep the exact rules private. Every fact on a card links to its source.

Collect

New public records for your states, every morning.

Every morning we collect the newest public OSHA enforcement records for the states we cover. We keep our own dated history. So a card can show the date we first saw a record, and how many days the plant has left.

WHAT YOU SEE
The date we first saw the record.

Filter

Most of the feed never reaches you.

Most citations are not work anyone can sell. They are paperwork, personal gear, hazards the plant has already fixed, or work outside your trade. Written rules, set for your trade, drop these. The rules are the same every day, so no citation is kept or dropped on a hunch.

WHAT YOU SEE
Only citations in your trade that still need work.

Fit check

Each plant is checked against what you sell.

For the plants that are left, we are building an AI check on Claude. It will read public information about the plant and answer a short list of plain questions about fit. Every answer has to point to a source you can open. If there is no source, there is no answer. Until the check is ready, we do this step by hand.

WHAT YOU SEE
A 'why it fits' line on the card, with its source.

Review

A person reads every card before you do.

Nothing reaches you automatically. A person reads every plant, opens the sources, and decides if it is worth your call. If it is not, it does not go out.

WHAT YOU SEE
Fewer cards, each one worth a look.

Opportunity Card

One page per plant, while the plant still has time to fix the hazard.

Each approved plant becomes one Opportunity Card. It shows what was cited in plain words, the fix-by date and the days left, why it fits your work, who to ask for, and a link behind every fact. It prints on one page.

Openness

What we keep private, and what we always show.

KEPT PRIVATE

The exact rules, questions and limits behind each step. We tune them by hand and change them as we learn. They are the work you would pay for.

ALWAYS ON THE CARD

  • Where every fact came from, with a link.
  • Whether the case is still open and only alleged.
  • The days left to fix the hazard.
  • Which steps were done by hand.

Plainly

What Uptime Pipeline is not.

Not a raw alert feed.

You won't get every citation in your states. You get the few worth a call.

Not a list of names.

We don't sell lists or guess email addresses. A card names the job title to ask for, taken from the plant's own website.

Not legal or compliance advice.

Cards describe public records. An open citation is an allegation, not a final order.

Not OSHA.

Uptime Pipeline is independent. It is not affiliated with OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor.
